The channel, which launched in 2012, airs anime-programming 24/7, except for Sundays where it airs anime movies and martial arts marathons. CHIKARA events will join the Sunday programming block. The shows, which will be edited down to two hours (featuring full matches) will also be available on the channel’s “Catch Up” on demand offerings.
In the past, Neon Alley had run commercials for both CHIKARA and Dragon Gate USA DVDs. They found that their audience seemed to have a good crossover with fans of pro wrestling.
