— Kevin Nash will be appearing for the Funkdafied Wrestling Federation on Saturday, October 5 at the Brick, NJ Elks Lodge.

— Global Supercard Wrestling airs on ESPN Classic tonight from 7PM ET to midnight ET.

— CHIKARA may no longer be in operation, but they will live on through the Neon Alley Network. 26 CHIKARA events will be available through the network, which streams online as well as through the PS3 and Xbox 360.

The channel, which launched in 2012, airs anime-programming 24/7, except for Sundays where it airs anime movies and martial arts marathons. CHIKARA events will join the Sunday programming block. The shows, which will be edited down to two hours (featuring full matches) will also be available on the channel’s “Catch Up” on demand offerings.

In the past, Neon Alley had run commercials for both CHIKARA and Dragon Gate USA DVDs. They found that their audience seemed to have a good crossover with fans of pro wrestling.

They are running a one week trial through NeonAlley.com. Normally the service costs $6.99 a month.
