Regarding timing issues at WrestleMania 31 this year, ten minutes ended up being cut off of the Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns WWE World Heavyweight Championship main event. The reason for the time cut was due to The Rock and Ronda Rousey segment running 24 minutes long.
Originally, WWE was going to cut the time off of the Bray Wyatt vs. Undertaker match, however WWE decided instead to take time off of the main event match.
The longest match at this year’s WrestleMania show was the Sting vs. Triple H match, which went 18 minutes and 34 seconds. The second longest match on the main card was the Lesnar-Reigns main event, which clocked in at 16 minutes and 44 seconds. The Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal match on the pre-show went 18 minutes and 8 seconds.
