Position Description:

As TNAs Senior Manager of Digital Content and Engagement you are a highly motivated and organized individual with experience and a passion for content creation, community engagement and campaign activation. A relationship builder, you will partner cross-functionally to develop and implement digital engagement strategies in support of TNA products and properties.

You will serve as editor of the TNA’s digital content calendar and will be accountable for overseeing the creation and dissemination of timely, dynamic, interactive and engaging content across owned and paid platforms, including impactwrestling.com and TNA’s social channels.

You will also develop strategies to grow and enhance engagement via TNA’s social media channels, including partnering with sponsors and talent.

As a leader within the Consumer Engagement Team, you will use your strong communications skills to develop and pitch concepts, as well as share analysis to fellow team members and executives.

You will exude an enthusiasm for learning and experimenting with current and developing trends, technologies and methodologies to proactively cultivate loyalists and amplify advocates.

Responsibilities:

•Develops and implements content engagement strategies to exceed ratings and revenue goals.
•Manages the day-to-day activities of TNA’s digital platforms, including website and social channels.
•Partner with internal clients to understand business needs and develop solutions to boost consumer engagement and profitability.
•Oversee development and execution of daily content calendar, including plotting digital marketing campaign(s) activation and asset needs.
•Manage vendors and independent contractors in development of content and assets.
•Manage the performance and effectiveness of content, using analysis to inform future methodologies and approaches. Effectively use data to share a narrative, including trends, with fellow team members and partners.
•Capture and curate data to cultivate consumer relationships and exceed profitability goals; oversee database management and customer relationship management tools.
•Accountable for continuous learning – understanding best practices, trends, methodologies and technologies/platforms in an ever-changing landscape.
•Foster relationships and establish credibility among TNA team members and partners.

Requirements:

•Be energetic, inquisitive and collaborative with a great attitude and high aptitude.
•A minimum of four years demonstrated experience leading content strategy development and implementation on behalf of a brand.
•Be a results-oriented professional with documented digital marketing strategy development, implementation and analysis experience. Success is this position will rely, in part, on your ability to handle day-to-day operations while also investing time in long-term strategic planning.
•To have and retain great skill in data management and analysis.
•Strong written, oral and interpersonal communications skills. Excellent copy editing skills required.
•Be extremely detail-oriented and driven to exceed goals.
•An ability to quickly assess business needs and make informed decisions.
•An ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends.
•Occasional travel.
