Various: WWE Network Adding More WCW Thunder Episodes, New Trademarks, New Japan Cup

More Classic WCW Thunder Episodes Arriving on WWE Network

WWE reportedly will be adding a new batch of classic WCW Thunder episodes to the WWE Network’s Vault section tomorrow, according to WWENetworkNews.com.

WWENetworkNews reported that this new batch will be 20 classic episodes in total and covers the time period from September 1999 to January 2000. This batch will join the currently existing 77 episodes of WCW Thunder on the WWE Network, covering its premiere episode in January 1998 to August 1999.

Several New Wrestling Related Trademarks Filed

Arn Anderson, Conrad Thompson, Cody Rhodes, and Starrcast recently filed new trademarks to the United States Patent and Trademark Office, according to PWInsider.

A trademark for “Arn Anderson” was filed by Arn Anderson on March 9th for wrestling and entertainment-related purposes.

A trademark for “Four Horsemen” was filed by Alabama-based company Toot Toot on March 10th for merchandise and entertainment-related purposes. PWInsider reported that this company is owned by Conrad Thompson and speculated that this could be for a new podcast show featuring Arn Anderson.

Cody Rhodes reportedly filed two new trademarks on March 10th for “The American Dream” and “The American Nightmare” for wrestling and entertainment-related purposes. Rhodes also filed a new trademark on March 11th for “Dusty Rhodes” for similar purposes.

Starrcast reportedly filed two new trademarks on March 11th for “Jim Crockett Promotions” and “10 Pounds of Gold” for merchandise and entertainment-related purposes.
