WWE announced that Alexa Bliss “is not medically cleared to compete at WWE Money in the Bank this Sunday, and has been removed from the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match.”
They added, “A suitable replacement for Alexa will be announced.” Nikki Cross took Alexa’s place in her scheduled match on Raw on Monday, so that’s one guess for her replacement.

According to PWInsider, Bliss is again dealing with a concussion. She has been dealing with injuries for the past year and missed several months after suffering multiple concussions last year, which were rumored to be career-threatening.
The last match she wrestled was on the April 29 Raw against Naomi.
Update
WWE announced that Nikki Cross will take Alexa’s spot in the match.
