CM Punk was one of the panelists during tonight’s episode of WWE Backstage on FS1, making his full-show debut after a surprise appearance last week, and was asked about the possibility of him eventually returning to a WWE ring.
Here’s what he had to say:
So regardless of what my answer is, there’s always somebody that’s going to be upset with it. As I’ve said, I work for FOX. I haven’t talked to anybody in WWE. It’s nothing that I’m actively pursuing or interested in…
But I’m 41 years old and I’ve lived and experienced life where I know to not say no. But that’s gonna be a bridge that’s gonna have to be built and it might take as long as building the Great Wall of China because there’s some hurdles there.
