Alexa Bliss has held the title for the most combined days at 398, but that’s spread across three reigns.
The longest reigning SmackDown Women’s Champion across one reign is Charlotte Flair at 147 days. Becky Lynch has been SmackDown champ for the most combined days at 216 across three reigns.

WWE filed to trademark “Barely Legal” and “CyberSlam” on November 21, which are two former ECW event names.
