Ronda Rousey & Becky Lynch Heel/Face Status Updates

This past Saturday’s WWE SummerSlam 2022 event in Nashville, Tennessee featured both Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey failing to regain their respective RAW and SmackDown Women’s Championships.

Following the end of the RAW Women’s Championship match, Lynch shook the hand of Bianca Belair and stood by her during the staredown moment with Bayley’s new heel group. Following the end of the SmackDown Women’s Championship match, Rousey attacked both Liv Morgan and the match referee over her issues of being “screwed” out of a submission win for the title.

PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources stated that a recent internal roster list had Lynch listed as the #2 babyface star for the RAW brand, only behind Belair.

In regards to Rousey, this same internal list reportedly still had her listed as the top babyface star for the SmackDown brand despite her attack on Morgan at the event.
