Juice Robinson NJPW Contract Status Update

Sports Illustrated held a recent interview with Juice Robinson. One of the topics discussed included Robinson revealing that he is currently no longer under contract with New Japan Pro Wrestling and is currently a free agent.

“I’m no longer representing New Japan, and I want that to be clear. I carried that New Japan flag for seven years. I’ve got no unfinished business there. I sang that song and I danced that dance, and we’ve gone our separate ways. That’s in the rearview mirror. I’m totally free right now. I’ll fight whoever, wherever and whenever I want as long as it’s the right match against the right opponent on the right night of the week. Dynamite is the hottest show, and I’m wrestling their champ on the hottest night of the week in wrestling. This is the biggest match of my career, and I’m ready for it.”

Robinson had been signed under a new contract with NJPW since this past May which had been originally set to expire in 2023. Following his appearance at this past Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show, AEW is currently very interested in signing Robinson to an official contract with the company.

Masha Slamovich Comments on Her Signing & Career in Impact Wrestling

Denise Salcedo held a recent interview with Impact Wrestling talent Masha Slamovich. One of the topics discussed included Slamovich’s reasons for signing with Impact.

“I didn’t see it coming but obviously, I was very excited and very happy.  I didn’t have to think twice about accepting it because Impact Wrestling has, point blank, one of the best women’s divisions anywhere around the world. So I wanted to be there and I knew that was the place that I could make my mark. And, I think I have done so.”

Slamovich also gave her thoughts about the growth of her career and current undefeated streak in Impact.

“I think I’ve just had the chance to enhance my skills of violence, as you can see by the undefeated streak, I’ve just had weeks and weeks where I have been able to find every different way, every maneuver, anything I can do to hurt someone and inflict pain on them and destroy them and I think that’s all gonna come in handy at Bound For Glory.”
