Kevin Nash Torn Biceps Injury & Health Status Update

As noted before, WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash suffered a herniated discs and torn biceps injuries this past November and underwent surgery for his torn biceps this past December.

A recent episode of the Kliq This podcast featured co-host Nash providing an update on his recovery from his torn biceps surgery and his current health status.

“I won’t say exactly when I’m going, but I’m going. I’m going to get stem cells soon. I’ll probably get between 40 and 70 million in each shoulder, and on my right one, I don’t have any full tears, but on my left one I had a full thickness supraspinatus, and I had that bicep tendon tear. So on both of those, I had to get the repair done in order to put the stem cell on it to get the healing process to where the smaller tears that aren’t full thickness, the stem cells will heal it up. This is the first time that I’ve had this, this will be the fourth or five time I’ve had stem cells, and this will be the first time I wasn’t drinking alcohol, I’m already injured and not training, so I won’t push myself a month afterwards and be banging 405 for six on the inclines. Alcohol [impedes the process], because you want the perfect alkaline system. You don’t want any cortisol. I’m looking forward to it.”

Joe Hendry Gives Speech to Crowd Following TNA World Title Victory at TNA Genesis 2025

As noted before, this past Sunday’s Genesis 2025 event for TNA Wrestling in Garland, Texas featured Joe Hendry becoming the new TNA World Champion.

Following the show, Hendry gave a speech to the live crowd giving his thoughts about his TNA World title victory and praised both the TNA locker room and fans for their support.

“You are the lifeblood of TNA wrestling. You’ve watched the growth of this company, and the awesome thing about it is we are all doing it together. I want you all to know, I’m so proud to be a part of this locker room. It is the greatest honor and privilege to share a locker room with the individuals in the back, and you have no idea how many of them have gone out of their way to help me get to where I wanted to do, to selflessly give me the help, the advice, the guidance, the mentorship. None of this happens without the colleagues and staff in the back. Thank you so much to every single one of you.

We’re all here for the same reason, because we have a love and a passion for professional wrestling. The next order of business is for me to talk to Santino because my friends, we are just getting started. This title reign, I’m gonna give every ounce of being that I have to make sure every single one of you is still chanting ‘We believe.’ It’s because of you that we’re living our dreams in the back, but we have got so much to go. Are you ready to push TNA Wrestling to a new level in 2025? The thing I want most is for every single one person in Texas to chant at the top of their lungs, ‘T-N-A.’ Let the world hear you. T-N-A. T-N-A. Thank you. This has been an honor and a privilege, and we all can’t wait to see you soon.”
