Ilja Dragunov Torn ACL Injury Update

As noted before, Ilja Dragunov has been out of action for WWE since this past September due to a torn ACL injury.

Fightful Select’s Corey Brennan reported that his sources stated that Dragunov was recently seen training at WWE’s Performance Center. Those spoken to reportedly stated that Dragunov is not at the Performance Center for rehab and instead he was participating in additional training for his upcoming in-ring return.

Brennan reported that Dragunov was seen not wearing gear related to his injury.

Brennan also reported that WWE officials currently do not have any plans for Dragunov’s return nor is a date or timetable currently known for it.


Bayley Officially Moved to RAW Brand Roster & Two New Matches Added for Monday’s WWE RAW Show

WWE RAW General Manager Adam Pearce announced earlier today on Twitter that SmackDown brand talent Bayley has officially moved over to the RAW brand roster.

Pearce also announced two new matches for the card of tonight’s WWE RAW show at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.

The first new match announced was a singles match of Bayley vs. Nia Jax.

The second new match announced was a singles match of Penta vs. mystery opponent.

Current card for January 20th WWE RAW show:

  • Damage CTRL (Dakota Kai & IYO SKY) vs. Two members of Pure Fusion Collective (Shayna Baszler, Zoey Stark, & Sonya Deville)
  • New Day vs. mystery opponents
  • Seth Rollins vs. Drew McIntyre
  • Bayley vs. Nia Jax
  • Penta vs. mystery opponent
  • JBL to appear
  • Lyra Valkyria to appear
  • Sami Zayn to speak
  • Jey Uso to speak

Jan. 25th WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event Show to Air on YouTube in Most of Latin & South America

WWE announced that their upcoming WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event show on January 25th in San Antonio, Texas will be airing live and for free on their official WWE Spanish YouTube channel in most of Latin and South America.
