Valhalla WWE Abscense Update – Erik Says Valhalla Getting Ready for Her WWE Return & Her Being Back Soon
As noted before, Vahalla has been absent from WWE for over a year due to maternity leave reasons and gave birth to a new child this past November.
A recent episode of the Insight with Chris Van Vliet podcast featured the War Raiders’ Erik as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Erik providing an update on his wife Valhalla’s potential return to WWE from maternity leave.
“Yeah, she is. She is a constant inspiration for me. She works so hard, she is so dedicated and disciplined. She keeps me on my diet so much better because she’s so disciplined with hers. She’s already running, jumping, throwing things, getting back into battle shape and getting ready. So yeah, I don’t know when this is gonna air, but I’m sure it won’t be too long in the future you start seeing her again.”

Zelina Vega Comments on Aleister Black’s Recent WWE Return
As noted before, Aleister Black, former Malakai Black in AEW, made his official return to WWE at this past Friday’s WWE SmackDown show in Fort Worth, Texas.
A recent episode of the Busted Open Radio podcast featured Zelina Vega as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Vega’s thoughts about her husband Black’s recent return to WWE and that night’s SmackDown show being a memorable night for her.
“It really felt like the fairytale ending to that. The only other time I felt like something fit that perfectly is when Andrade and I were leaving NXT and we kind of ended the story with Aleister and end our story with Johnny (Gargano) and Candice (LeRae), tapping out to their finish, and it felt like, ‘That chapter is closed and now we can go to a new one.’ It felt like, after everything both him and I have been through, it felt like that chapter of the crazy is done and now we can start that new chapter. I think he was so ready for that. He was so ready to return home. My favorite part, obviously seeing him go out there and do what he does, but Hunter [Triple H] hugging him after and saying, ‘Welcome home’ was really nice.”

Natalya Comments on Getting to Work Outside of WWE & Not Being Owed Anything in WWE
The Toronto Sun held a recent interview with Natalya. One of the topics discussed included Natalya’s thoughts about her choice to work outside of WWE and her belief that WWE CCO Paul “Triple H” Levesque does not owe her a storyline or anything in WWE.
“I just feel so alive and I feel so free and it’s so cool that I’m being allowed to do these outside projects with WWE’s full blessing. As I’ve mentioned before and I’ve said this to a lot of other people, I am not comfortable just taking a paycheck and just coasting and just hoping that the writers at WWE think of something for me to do. I would have never survived in WWE 18 plus years, which is unprecedented for a female in WWE, no other woman in the industry, no one has ever done this at the level that I’ve done it for 18 uninterrupted years. I would never have survived what I survived in WWE had I not been creative and persistent and constantly trying to think of new ideas and ways to be involved and ways to be included. The division is more competitive than it’s ever been. So, I understand, to be honest, Triple H doesn’t owe me anything. Triple H doesn’t owe me a storyline, he doesn’t owe me a phone call, he doesn’t owe me a text, he doesn’t owe me an email, he doesn’t owe me a single thing. Even going back to Kenzie, none of us are entitled to anything. Everything that we have, we need to fight for, we need to work for, we need to pitch, we need to — When I look at Bray Wyatt and think about the best stuff that Bray ever did, a lot of it was the stuff that Bray came up with from his own imagination. Sometimes it’s hard to say, ‘Hey WWE writers, hey Triple H, I have this idea.’ It’s easier sometimes to just show them. I think with Triple H being, I think it’s very well known to everybody, he is a creative genius. So, you see some of the greatest entrances of all time have been attributed to Triple H. Some of these incredible storylines and character development, a lot of them, including Bray’s, when Bray started to really evolve, Triple h was a big part of helping him realize his full potential. Do they owe me anything? No. That’s why for the first time ever, I’ve been allowed to step outside of WWE to really show the company, I want more, I’m going to work for me, and I’m going to work for more, and I’m going to fight for more. I’m not just talking about it, I’m actually doing it. I’m not just saying, ‘Oh, let me wrestle on Bloodsport because I really want a match.’ I’m saying, let me show you. I’m not going to tell you, let me show you. Let me give you the performance of a lifetime when I am 18 years deep in my career and I am sleeping in silk sheets driving a beautiful car, living in a beautiful home, and surrounded by Persian cats. I could be complacent, I could be lazy, I could be entitled, I could be spoiled, but I choose to train a ring with no air conditioning. I choose to train people on my days off. I train myself. I love the dungeon, it’s my greatest luxury to have that, to have my own ring. For me, my message has always been, let me show you, let me work for it. I love fighting for something, I do my best work fighting for my life. That’s why these shows, NWA, and that’s why Bloodsport was so important to me and I’m asking Triple H to do more outside shows because I’m not expecting Triple H to include me in the women’s division. He doesn’t owe that to me, the company doesn’t owe that to me. But I’m going to show him, I’m going to earn my way back into the women’s division. That’s what I’m doing, I’m putting my money where my mouth is.”
