As noted before, Dustin Rhodes has been out of action for AEW since this past July due to a double knee replacement surgery. Rhodes is currently hopeful of being able to make an in-ring return by March of 2026.
Rhodes provided an update earlier today on Twitter stating that he no longer dealing with arthritis issues in his knee since his double knee surgery. Rhodes also stated that he will need to undergo shoulder surgery but is holding it off until after he retires from his in-ring wrestling career.
“The one positive I can say about my knee replacements is, the arthritis is gone. I will be doing both shoulder when I call it quits. They are also destroyed. I chose to abuse my body in more ways than 1, and wouldn’t change a damn thing.”
