AEW CEO Tony Khan announced that Queen Aminata has been pulled from tonight’s AEW Dynamite show at the Bayou Music Center in Houston, Texas due to her dealing with an undisclosed injury.
Khan stated that Aminata appeared on last week’s AEW Collision Women’s Tag Team Championship tournament Quarterfinal match at less than 100% and AEW’s medical personnel declared her out of action for tonight’s show.
Khan also stated that Mina Shirakawa will be replacing Aminata for her scheduled Women’s Blood & Guts Advantage Battle match against Megan Bayne.
Khan also stated that Aminata’s status for next week’s Women’s Blood & Guts match is currently in doubt but no official decision will be made yet.
