Je’Von Evans Comments on His Upcoming Match Against Gunther in The Last Time Is Now Tournament
A recent episode of The Ringer’s The Masked Man Show podcast featured NXT talent Je’Von Evans as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Evans’ thoughts about his upcoming First Round match against Gunther in WWE’s The Last Time Is Now Tournament.
“I’m excited. I’m nervous, of course. And when I get there bro, I’m gonna have so many butterflies and all. I’ve literally watched Gunther for a very long time. I was watching Gunther on the indies, you know what I mean? Because I wanted to learn how to work against bigger people. And he was a great example of that.
I know it’s gonna be a hard fight, bro. We’re gonna be scrapping. I’m not gonna back down either. You chop me? I’m gonna chop you back, OG. This is a great opportunity to showcase what I can do.”

Kelani Jordan Comments on John Cena Gave “So Much Insight” During Recent WWE PC Visit
Instinct Culture’s Denise Salcedo held a recent interview with NXT talent and TNA Knockouts World Champion Kelani Jordan. One of the topics discussed included Jordan’s thoughts about John Cena’s recent visit to WWE’s Performance Center and her praise of Cena for giving “so much insight” and advice to help the careers of others during his visit.
“He is so intellectual and incredible. He gave us so much insight. He kept reminding us that wrestling is a journey and it is not always going to be the mountain top, and there are times when you’ll be n the valley. He kept reinforcing, ‘Believe in yourself, dare to be different.’ I asked him a few questions and he told me, ‘Keep doing what you’re doing. Stay the course. Sometimes on social media, people love you, sometimes they boo you. That’s okay.’ He was a babyface for so long and there were times when the crowd turned on him, but he’s still John Cena and they are still buying tickets to come see him. He just reminded us there will be valleys, there will be hill, but believe in yourself, keep at it, and you’re destined for greatness.”
