WWE Reportedly Set To Hold PLE In Italy In May 2026

As noted before, WWE President Nick Khan had stated in an interview with SportsBusiness this past September that WWE would be holding a Premium Live Event (PLE) in Italy in 2026.

WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select reported that their sources confirmed that WWE currently is scheduled to hold a PLE in Italy in May of 2026.

Those spoken to reportedly stated that WWE officials currently have working plans for this event to take place on May 31st.

It was reported that while WWE typically runs their annual Backlash event after WrestleMania, the name for this upcoming event is currently up for debate within the company due to the Backlash name listed internally was only a placeholder.

The location and venue for this upcoming event in Italy was not given.

This would be the first time that WWE will be holding a Premium Live Event in Italy.
