Julia Hart Comments on Anti-Ice Chants in AEW & Being Proud of What Brody King Has Done
ITR Wrestling held a recent interview with Julia Hart. One of the topics discussed included Hart’s thoughts about the anti-ICE chants by crowds at recent AEW shows and her being proud of the great job Brody King has done being at the center of the chants.
“Well yeah, you know Brody did a great job of just wearing a t-shirt that’s all. He donated so much money to the families that needed it and me being from Minnesota where a lot of this stuff was happening kind of hit close to home. Like some of the stuff that was happening was right out of a donut shop that I used to go to while growing up. You know it’s kind of like a weird feeling and all we can do is help anyone in need and donating money and being supportive as a community. But, yeah, I think it’s great what Brody has done.”
In a separate recent interview with Fightful, Hart gave her thoughts about who helped her adjust to wrestling on television so early in her wrestling career.
“Yeah, I think definitely- my husband giving me the reassurance and support and also House of Black helped me tremendously. Like, going from Varsity Blondes to House of Black, like, I needed to elevate and take that 180 for my career to learn something more. Because also in Varsity Blondes, we were all pretty new in TV wrestling. Like, we’re all being young and making mistakes, and then to have the House of Black guys, they’re all their experience, and I get all three different experiences, and they’re all telling me things that I can utilize for TV.”

Brian Cage Comments on His Knee Injury Recovery & A Botched Knee Surgery Delaying His In-Ring Return
As noted before, Brian Cage has been out of action for AEW since March of 2025 due to a torn quad injury and surgery and had underwent knee replacement surgery this past June. Cage revealed this past March that he has been medically cleared for an in-ring return.
A recent episode of the 1 Of A Kind podcast featured Cage as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Cage providing an update on how he has been feeling since being medically cleared to compete and how a botched knee surgery delayed his in-ring return plans.
“I feel great. I’ve been cleared for a while. I’m not 100% as far as performance-based. I’m not lifting as much weight on my leg lifts and I’m not jumping just as high just yet, but I can do everything I’ve done in the ring several times. I’m doing different dynamic jumping stuff on my off days. I’m feeling good and excited. I’ve been waiting to come back. I’ve got three matches on the same day Mania weekend. It just worked out that way. I just won this battle royal, a year after I tore my quad, and the person I eliminated with Chris Masters, the guy who tore my quad.
The quad would’ve had me out for probably nine months, and then I chose to get right knee surgery and get a special replacement on it. That’s what kept me out longer. Long story short, they botched it. I should’ve come back in November, but I had to go back under the knife in November, and now I’m cleared from that surgery. When I found that out in October, I was pretty devastated. The whole point of getting what I got done on my right knee in June, was so that when November came around, I could be good to go instead of coming back and still having problems with my right knee.”
