Kosei Fujita & YOH Advances to Finals of NJPW Best of the Super Juniors 2026

Friday’s NJPW Best of the Super Juniors 2026 Night 13 event at the G MESSE GUNMA in Takasaki, Japan featured two Semifinal Round matches in this year’s Best of the Super Juniors tournament.

The first match was Kosei Fujita defeating Robbie Eagles.

The second match was YOH defeating Master Wato.

As a result of their victories, Fujita will be facing off against YOH in the Finals of this year’s Best of the Super Juniors 2026 tournament at NJPW’s Best of the Super Juniors 2026 Finals event on June 7th in Tokyo, Japan.

This will be a rematch of last year’s Best of the Super Juniors Finals, which saw Fujita win the encounter between the two.

Andrade El Idolo Replacing MJF for 6/5 Beyond Wrestling Event

As noted before, Beyond Wrestling recently pulled AEW World Champion MJF from their Break The Walls Down event this Friday in Cranston, Rhode Island due to him suffering a hyperextended knee injury during his match against RUSH at this past Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show in Richmond, Virginia.

Beyond Wrestling recently announced that Andrade El Idolo will be replacing MJF for his scheduled match against Bobby Orlando at their upcoming show.

The announcement was first reported by Undisputed’s Justin Barrasso. In an interview, Beyond’s founder Drew Cordeiro revealed that Andrade was among the talents sent by AEW to make up for MJF being pulled due to an injury.

“I’ve spent the last 20 hours calling everyone I know, and I can’t thank the wrestlers at AEW enough for going above and beyond and checking virtually everyone’s availability to make this happen on such short notice. We’ve added Andrade, Lio Rush, and Wheeler YUTA to the lineup just within the past few hours. It’s also really cool of TNA management to allow Bear Bronson to change his travel for their tapings in Colorado this weekend so he can be with us tomorrow night. We had people in WWE exploring options as well. My heart swells with pride that so many people within the wrestling industry care about Beyond Wrestling and our fans. To me, independent wrestling doesn’t mean avoiding all of the biggest companies–it means pulling out all the stops to navigate the different dynamics to give this Cranston crowd the best possible show.”
