Update on Liv Morgan’s Alleged Stalker Found Not Guilty By Reason Of Insanity
As noted before, a man named Shawn Chan was arrested in June of 2025 outside of WWE’s Performance Center in Orlando, Florida over charges of him being an alleged stalker of Liv Morgan. Chan was issued federal charges related to a stalking incident at Morgan’s home, which Morgan was away from at the time. The court ruled on Monday that Chan was found to be not guilty by reason of insanity for the charges against him.
PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources stated that Chan was taken into custody by ICE overnight.
Johnson reported that Chan will remain in custody of The Department of Homeland Security until he is deported due to his status as a Canadian citizen.
