Santino Marella Undergoes Neck Surgery – WWE Return Likely?

As you may recall, Santino Marella announced a couple of months back that he was retiring due to a neck injury. However, he appears to have changed his mind as he has posted to Facebook that he’s aiming for an in-ring return following successful surgery:
