A lot of people backstage in WWE were said to be rolling their eyes during Triple H’s appearance on Steve Austin’s podcast when he said there is no animosity between WWE and CM Punk. However, they did agree with Triple H’s description of Punk saying “everything’s fine” when it’s not and believe it’s accurate.
They were also said to be surprised that HHH mentioned that he prefers two hours for RAW. It’s a popular opinion but there are no plans to go back because of the millions of dollars WWE gets in ad revenue from the extra hour.
During Triple H’s weekly interview with Michael Cole, he said the show had 40% more viewers than Vince McMahon’s appearance on the Stone Cold podcast in December.
