» Tickets for the inaugural WWE Money in the Bank PPV, set for July 18 at the Sprint Center in Kansas City, MO, will go non sale May 22 and 10AM. Tickets start at $20 and go up to $250.
» WWE officials have not, yet, come up with a name for their upcoming November PPV (formerly known as Survivor Series). There is a soft deadline for the name to be chosen, which is said to be in mid-May. They had planned to do a ‘war games’ style PPV at one point.
» There was brief discussion of holding both WrestleMania XXVII and the following night’s RAW at the Georgia Dome with night two massively scaled down. Additionally, either the Philips Arena or Fox Arena will hold Hall of Fame. Regarding next year’s Hall of Fame class, Bill Goldberg was expected to headline the event providing both sides could reach an agreement although talks have cooled off recently. Goldberg’s ego seems to be a major problem at the moment. Ron Simmons is also said to be a lock to join next year’s class. Other suggested names are Sting (though not if he’s still with TNA), Lex Luger and the Steiner Brothers.
