WWE® Annual Meeting of Stockholders Date Announced
STAMFORD, Conn., Mar 16, 2015 (BUSINESS WIRE) — WWE WWE, -2.84% announced it will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders at 10:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, April 23rd, 2015, at the Stamford Hilton. Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. ET.

The record date for voting at the meeting was set as the close of business on February 27, 2015. The meeting will be limited to stockholders (or their authorized representative) having evidence of their WWE stock ownership.
