As promised, Jeff Jarrett made his big announcement regarding the future of his upstart Global Force Wrestling (GFW) promotion on Sunday.
While there weren’t many details given, Jarrett did confirm that three events will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada, all of which will be taped for television.
Global Force Wrestling sent out a press release today confirming that they will bring the first tapings of its broadcast event shows to Las Vegas.
They will run at the Orleans Arena on July 24th, August 21st and October 23rd. At this time, no broadcast deals or information has been released by the promotion. GFW has affiliations with New Japan Pro Wrestling, Mexico’s AAA promotion and numerous other groups. Jeff Jarrett had the following to say about the announcement…
“This time, what happens in Vegas will not stay in Vegas. Global Force Wrestling is looking forward to bringing the freshest brand of professional wrestling to fans from all over the world; and, it all starts right here in the fight capital of the world.”
