WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley announced today that he’ll be filming a special edition of his “Cheap Pops!” comedy show later this month that will air on the WWE Network.
Mick Foley: Cheap Pops! will be taped on April 24th from Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida, the home of NXT. No word yet on when the “one night only comedy event” will air on the Network. Tickets are now available at RealMickFoley.com.
“Mick Foley: Cheap Pops! will feature the one and only Hardcore Legend telling stories from his time in WWE and more! With special appearances from additional WWE Superstars and Legends yet to be announced, this is a “can’t miss” event for any WWE fan!”
WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross also revealed this week that he’s working on his own one-man show to air on the WWE Network.
“We are in talks with WWE to tape a version of our RINGSIDE w/ Jim Ross show for airing on the WWE Network at some point in the future.”
Foley also posted the following to Twitter, confirming that he will tape a special edition of his stand-up comedy show for a WWE Network special:
