For the quarter, WWE revenues increased 40% to $176.2 million. North American revenues increased 38% driven primarily by the expansion of WWE Network subscribers and the escalation of television rights fees as reflected in the Company’s Media Division, as well as increased Live Event revenue from the performance of North American events and the timing of WrestleMania. Revenues from outside North America increased 50%. Changes in foreign exchange rates did not have a material impact on first quarter 2015 revenue.
