Triple H took to Twitter to comment on the results of last night’s Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquaio boxing match, which proved to be a bit too much for Michelle Beadle. The Game, a longtime friend of Mayweathers who has accompanied the fighter to the ring in the past, posted the following to Twitter after Mayweather beat Pacquaio by unanimous decision:
.@FloydMayweather WOW….. Just WOW. Masterful !!!!! #TMT #TBE #48and0
Congratulations

That comment earned the ire of Beadle, the ESPN reporter who has been a vocal supporter of professional wrestling for years. Beadle has been outspoken about Mayweather’s multiple convictions for domestic abuse over the years and, along with CNN’s Rachel Nichols (who has also been critical of Mayweather on the issue), had her credentials for the fight revoked. While HBO was able to get Beadle’s credentials re-approved, Beadle had already been on the way back home and declined to return to cover the fight.
Beadle posted to Twitter following Triple H’s tweet:
I've loved @WWE for a long time. But @TripleH and his love for a serial abuser is too much. I'm turning in my fan card. #WasFunWhileItLasted
