WWE has announced that they are discontinuing the Second-Screen experience on the WWE App. The announcement was made on WWE.com, with the final second-screen coming with this week’s SmackDown.
The announcement notes, “Now, more than ever, your second-screen experience will instead be readily available on the platform of your choice, whether it’s WWE.com, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Periscope and many others. WWE is steadfastly committed to delivering the same level of engagement and multimedia-rich companion content you’ve come to love, taking you behind the scenes of every single show as they unfold live on the screen of your choosing.”
