It looks as though there is already controversy surrounding The Rock’s new series “Ballers,” which premiered on Sunday night on HBO.
According to a new “Pro Football Talk” article, which features comments from Mike Florio, neither the NFL nor the Miami Dolphins, a team prominently featured in the debut episode of the show, have commented on the show using official NFL team names and logos.
The article goes on to note that HBO is of the belief that they can legally use the names and logos, despite claims to the contrary.
