It was announced on RAW that ESPN will broadcast SportsCenter live from outside of the Barclays Center, the host arena for SummerSlam. SportsCenter will air on Sunday from 10 AM to 1 PM and 6 PM to 7 PM ET.
The broadcast marks the first time that ESPN’s long-running sports-news franchise will be on-site for a WWE event. ESPN has always been against covering WWE and their events. On RAW, the company promoted a college football “game day” atmosphere.
