Backstage Report – Rich Swann & Biff Busick Sign With WWE

Rich Swann and Biff Busick have reportedly signed with the WWE. They must now pass WWE’s medical physicals, which all new talent have to do when they sign with the company. Both men have competed for EVOLVE, one of WWN’s promotions. WWN officials met with WWE at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn and the two have been rumored to be working together for the past several months.

Swann is only 24 and has been wrestling since 2009. He started with CZW before going to EVOLVE and Dragon Gate USA. He’s a former Open the Owarai Gate Champion, Open the Triangle Gate Champion and Open the United Gate Champion. Busick is 29. He started with CZW in 2012 and is a former CZW Heavyweight Champion. He’s also competed in EVOLVE and Pro Wrestling Guerrilla. He was trained by Lance Storm and received a WWE tryout earlier this year.
