According to sources, even though Rusev’s minor knee injury (suffered at the January 9 house show in Bossier City, Louisiana) was confirmed by several sources, Rusev himself denied it. He said he wasn’t injured on social media and that he will be on WWE’s India tour. Rusev is one of several wrestlers who have denied being injured on social media.
It’s said that there is “paranoia” about confirming injuries (or lack thereof) but it’s unknown why this would be the case.
