UPDATED: The MLW Twitter account, which has broke news in the past, posted the following on Twitter today. The account says that TNA is receiving a TV rights fee, which has allowed them to offer new deals to talent for more money.
TNA IS receiving a rights fee from @PopTV. This is NOT a barter deal. This has had a very positive impact on TNA’s payroll and operations.

New contracts are being offered and sweetened. Many renewals are being pursued. Spinoff @PopTV programming also being discussed but TBD.

ORIGINAL: Following the news of James Storm re-signing with TNA, TNA is starting to increase money on talent spending and is making offers to talent again. They are also looking to re-sign several talents and upgrade their merchandising. WWE has reportedly had contact with TNA talent whose contracts have expired, but aren’t offering anything substantial money wise. The TNA offers are said to be considerably higher than the ones that WWE have offered.
