Backstage Update – Alberto Del Rio Suffering From A Neck Injury?

Alberto Del Rio’s injury may not be back-related as previously believed, but rather a neck injury.

Del Rio suffered the injury from taking a suplex from Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble and is set to be evaluated by doctors at RAW today.
