Report – WWE Talents ‘Shocked’ By Damien Sandow’s Firing, Cameron/Barrett’s Releases

Damien Sandow’s release was reportedly a big surprise to people within the company. Sandow’s release shocked a lot of people when it was announced last Friday.

It was suggested to Sandow that his release wasn’t because of anything he did, but rather because the company felt it needed to freshen things up on the roster and it was a timing issue.

The release of Wade Barrett didn’t come as a shock to anyone as he requested to be released several months ago when his contract expired in a few weeks from now. WWE simply decided to release him several weeks prior to his contract expiring.

Cameron’s release also wasn’t a surprise to many considering she has been very outspoken and her statement defending Rybacl’s recent comments didn’t do her any favors.
