Rumor: Enzo Amore May Have Backstage Heat

Enzo Amore “has a lot of heat on him,” according to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. While it was probably not the reason for the Enzo and Cass split, there was some sort of “incident” several weeks ago when talent was traveling together on a tour bus that ended up with Roman Reigns kicking Enzo off the bus and for a while, not allowing him to dress in the WWE locker room. The details of the incident aren’t known at this time, but it had something to do with “the business” and apparently upset several people.

Enzo was also legitimately not happy about the breakup of Enzo and Cass, according to Meltzer, which has to be expected, since his prospects look pretty grim right now, with WWE treating him like a ragdoll jobber.

Big Cass may also have some heat on him, Meltzer claims, because of his politics. Cass is apparently a big Trump supporter, which rubs some in the locker room the wrong way. That is probably not going to affect his push though, especially considering that the McMahons donated millions of dollars to Trump’s campaign and Linda McMahon has a job in Trump’s cabinet…
