Injury Updates: Nakamura, Wyatt, Riott, Lorcan, Sullivan

Shinsuke Nakamura

Shinsuke Nakamura will be evaluated for his dog bite injury on July 9.

He is expected to be fine in time for his match at Extreme Rules on July 15.

Bray Wyatt

Bray Wyatt will be evaluated tomorrow, July 6 for his injuries after his car crash on Friday. WWE said that he has “multiple injuries” but they’re still advertising his Extreme Rules match, so it seems like he’s expected to be back in time for that.

Ruby Riott

Ruby Riott, who has an MCL sprain in her left knee, will be evaluated on July 30, so she’ll apparently be out until at least then, but seemingly won’t miss a very long period of time as was feared.

Oney Lorcan

Oney Lorcan, who has a broken orbital bone that required surgery, will be out for about three months, it was announced on NXT last night.

Lars Sullivan

Lars’ Sullivan’s broken jaw is reportedly legit, according to Dave Meltzer. WWE said that Sullivan suffered the injury halfway through his match against Aleister Black at NXT TakeOver: Chicago II last month and fought through the injury to finish the match. Still no word on how long he’ll be out of action, though.
