As noted before, WWE recently announced that they will be holding a special inter-brand tournament called Worlds Collide at this weekend’s Royal Rumble Axxess events in Phoenix, Arizona. The 15-man tournament will feature five competitors each from NXT, NXT UK, and 205 Live.
WWE announced today that they will be airing this tournament on both the WWE Network and other platforms starting on Saturday, February 2nd. Opening round matches will air on WWE’s official website, app, YouTube channel, Facebook page, and Twitter account starting at 12PM ET. The tournament will then conclude with a WWE Network special starting at 8PM ET featuring both a battle royal match to determine the official seeding and the remaining matches of the tournament.
Due to his recent call-up to the main roster, Otis Dozovic was removed from the tournament and replaced by Shane Thorne for the NXT brand.
