WWE held an investor’s meeting earlier today discussing the financial results from their 2018 fiscal fourth quarter report and their plans for the future. One of the topics discussed included the future of the WWE Network.
WWE’s Co-President George Barrios announced that the company is currently working on developing the “next iteration” of their WWE Network streaming service, which could mean the arrival of the long-rumored new subscription tier.
WWE has been rumored since last year to be working on plans to expand their WWE Network service with a new and more expensive subscription tier. This new tier is rumored to feature content from their partnered wrestling companies such as EVOLVE and PROGRESS Wrestling.
