WWE to Hold Their Next Investor’s Meeting on July 25th

WWE announced that they will be holding their next investor’s meeting on July 25th to discuses the company’s earnings and results from their second quarter fiscal report. The meeting will start at 11:00AM and will be hosted by Vince McMahon and Co-Presidents George Barrios and Michelle Wilson.

In a potential sign that WWE Network’s second quarter subscription numbers are lower than what WWE expected, the company recently sent an email to former subscribers offering the next three months of the service for 99 cents.

NXT UK to Hold New Set of TV Tapings Late Next Week

NXT UK will be holding a new set of television tapings next weekend, according to Fightful.

It was reported that the next set of tapings will be held on July 19th and July 20th at the Plymouth Pavilions in Plymouth, England based on recent local advertisements in the city.

LAX Status Update

As noted before, LAX reportedly are potentially done with Impact Wrestling following last weekend’s Slammiversary XVII event in Dallas, Texas. While their actual contracts do not expire until sometime in August, they have recently received significant offers from both WWE and All Elite Wrestling.

Dave Meltzer reported in this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter that as of this week, LAX has not made a decision regarding their future once their Impact Wrestling contracts expire. Meltzer reported that there are those within WWE who believe the team will sign a deal with the company and begin working for them in September, but those close to LAX currently believe the team will sign with AEW instead.
