Organization officials reportedly want to utilize the Welsh grappler similarly to former WWE Champion Batista. — WWE Monday Night RAW runs on January 3rd from the US Airways Center in Phoenix, Arizona. The advertised dark match main event is John Cena & Randy Orton vs. The Miz & CM Punk with Michael Cole as the referee.

— WWE SmackDown! runs on January 4th at the Tucson Convention Center in Tucson, Arizona with World Champion Edge vs. Kane in a Last Man Standing match and Rey Mysterio vs. Alberto Del Rio in a Best Of Three Falls match. They will also tape NXT that night.

— TNA returns to the road on January 6th with a house show in Wallingford, Connecticut at the Dome in Oakdale. Scheduled to appear are Jeff Hardy, Mr. Anderson, Jeff Jarrett, AJ Styles, Matt Morgan, Mickie James, Beer Money, D’Angelo Dinero, Madison Rayne and Ink, Inc.
