There are no details available about the length of the deal right now but him posting “then, now, forever with WWE” sounds like he’ll be under contract for a while.
Flair’s previous WWE contract expired at the end of 2019. Dave Meltzer reported in December that WWE would likely offer him a very good deal to keep him away from AEW.
