“Multiple” AEW wrestlers and other talent have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past two weeks, according to a report by Fightful and Jon Alba. Others have also felt sick or had symptoms of COVID-19, but it isn’t known if they tested positive.
It’s entirely plausible talent were kept off this week’s show for precautionary reasons, and didn’t necessarily test positive.
But we can report there were multiple positive cases in the past couple of weeks involving talent who were present at tapings earlier this month. #AEW

The only wrestlers who were advertised for last night’s Dynamite and were not on the show are Lance Archer and Brian Cage.
Lance Archer confirmed that he tested positive yesterday, which caused last night’s Dynamite main event to be changed.
Brian Cage also tweeted yesterday that he was feeling sick, but he has since deleted the tweet. “Not feeling very well, but still looking GOOD! Best body guy even while sick and out of the gym,” he said.
Ben Carter, who looked impressive on Tuesday’s Late Night Dynamite episode, tweeted that he has also tested positive.
