Robert Roode made his WWE return tonight on Raw, wrestling for the first time since the WWE Elimination Chamber PPV on March 8.
Roode answered Drew McIntyre’s open challenge for the WWE Championship in the show’s main event, and McIntyre beat him with a Claymore.
Roode was still aligned with Dolph Ziggler, who was at ringside for the match.
In June, Roode and Ziggler were “traded” to Raw for AJ Styles.
Last week, NXT aired a vignette teasing the return of a former NXT Champion. There was some speculation that it could be Roode, but now it seems like Bo Dallas is probably the best guess.
