Sami Zayn and Aliyah Removed from Survivor Series Teams

Sami Zayn and Aliyah were removed from the SmackDown Survivor Series teams tonight on SmackDown.

Zayn was removed after losing a match to Jeff Hardy tonight, where the stipulation was that the loser would be off of the team.

Aliyah was removed without explanation by Sonya Deville. After Aliyah pinned Natalya in the opening six way match, she was celebrating backstage, when Deville came up to her and told her that she was off of the team.

WWE hasn’t announced their replacements yet.

Men’s Survivor Series Elimination Match
Team Raw (Seth Rollins, Finn Bálor, Kevin Owens, Rey Mysterio & Bobby Lashley) vs. Team SmackDown (Drew McIntyre, Jeff Hardy, King Woods, Happy Corbin & TBA)

Women’s Survivor Series Elimination Match
Team Raw (Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley, Liv Morgan, Carmella & Queen Zelina) vs. Team SmackDown (Sasha Banks, Shayna Baszler, Shotzi, Natalya & TBA)
