Kevin Owens has signed a new multi-year deal with WWE, Fightful Select reported.
Owens’ previous deal was set to expire in January.
WWE made him “an excellent offer” to stay, Fightful says. AEW talent told Fightful that they believed AEW was interested in signing Owens, but doubted that AEW would match the large offer that WWE would make him.
WWE began negotiating a new deal with Owens in the fall.
