Atlas had a tryout match at Dark: Elevation last week, defeating Serpentico. After the match, Khan came out on stage to shake Atlas’s hand.
An indie fan favorite, Atlas signed with NXT in 2019 and was released in August of this year. Shortly after his release and after briefly wrestling in ROH, Atlas said that he was βstepping away from wrestlingβ because it wasnβt good for his mental health at the time.
