Pro Wrestling Illustrated recently announced that The Usos’ Jimmy & Jey Uso took the top spot in their Tag Team 100 list for this year.
This is the first time The Usos managed to take the top spot in the three years that PWI has held a Tag Team list, reaching #4 in 2021 and unranked in 2020.
PWI announced that this year’s list covered the time period between October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022. Teams were ranked based on the criteria including in-ring achievements, influence on the sport and/or promotion, technical ability, quality of competition, and activity during the qualified time period.
Details regarding the remainder of PWI’s Top 10 Tag Teams of the year were not given.
