As noted before, Vince McMahon made his return to WWE this past December following his retirement from the company this past July over allegations of sexual harassment and secret hush money payments. McMahon is currently facing three lawsuits filed by WWE shareholders over their issues with his recent return to the company.
Following McMahon’s return to the company, WWE officials held meetings with both staff and talent stressing that McMahon’s return was primarily to help seek a sale of the company to a new owner and he would not be involved in the actual daily activities of running the company.
PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources stated that McMahon was seen earlier this week at WWE’s Titan Towers headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut. Those spoken to reportedly stated that McMahon was seen in his old office suite.
Johnson reported that prior to this week, McMahon had been rumored to have made several appearances at WWE’s headquarters since his retirement. Johnson also reported that this also confirms that McMahon has worked his way back into office work for the company.
