As noted before, Major League Wrestling recently signed a television deal with cable network REELZ Channel to air their weekly MLW Underground series every Tuesday on the network. Besides MLW, REELZ also recently signed a streaming deal with NBC’s Peacock to air their programming on the service with the exception of MLW’s weekly show.
Variety reported that their sources stated that MLW’s current television contract with REELZ is for only ten weeks in length and is set to expire after that time. It was reported that this will allow REELZ to air their weekly programming at 10PM EST on Peacock due to the restriction against non-WWE wrestling shows being lifted as a result.
PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources stated that REELZ currently has MLW Underground scheduled to air on the network until at least April 25th.
